The expression '1 &lt;&lt; EraseUnitSize' is evaluated in int, which causes
a negative result when shifting by 31 - the upper bound of the valid
range [10, 31], enforced by scan_header(). This leads to incorrect
extension when storing the result in 'erase-&gt;len' (uint64_t), producing
a large unexpected value.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with Svace.

The fix uses the higher level nand_reset(chip, chipnr); where chipnr = 0, when
doing PM resume operation in compliance with the controller support for single
die nand chip. Switching from nand_reset_op() to nand_reset() implies more

The fix uses the higher level nand_reset(chip, chipnr); where chipnr = 0, when
doing PM resume operation in compliance with the controller support for single
die nand chip. Switching from nand_reset_op() to nand_reset() implies more
than just setting the cs field op-&gt;cs, it also reconfigures the data interface
(ie. the timings). Tested and confirmed the NAND chip is in sync timing wise
with host after the fix.

The function do_otp_read() does not set the output parameter *retlen,
which is expected to contain the number of bytes actually read.
As a result, in onenand_otp_walk(), the tmp_retlen variable remains
uninitialized after calling do_otp_walk() and used to change
the values of the buf, len and retlen variables.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.
