The event subscriptions are added to the subscribed event list while
holding a spinlock, but that lock is subsequently released while still
accessing the subscription object. This makes it possible to unsubscribe
the event --- and freeing the subscription object's memory --- while
the subscription object is simultaneously accessed.
Prevent this by adding a mutex to serialise the event subscription and
unsubscription. This also gives a guarantee to the callback ops that the
add op has returned before the del op is called.
This change also results in making the elems field less special:
subscriptions are only added to the event list once they are fully
initialised.

Change it to 48 for UVC 1.5 device, and the UVC 1.5 device can be recognized. More changes to the driver are needed for full UVC 1.5 compatibility. However, at least the UVC 1.5 Realtek RTS5847/RTS5852 cameras have been reported to work well. The banding filter ON/OFF is controlled via bit 5 of COM8 register. It
is attempted to be enabled in ov772x_set_params() by the following line.
ret = ov772x_mask_set(client, COM8, BNDF_ON_OFF, 1);
But this unexpectedly results disabling the banding filter, because the
mask and set bits are exclusive.
On the other hand, ov772x_s_ctrl() correctly sets the bit by:
ret = ov772x_mask_set(client, COM8, BNDF_ON_OFF, BNDF_ON_OFF);
The same fix was already applied to non-soc_camera version of ov772x
driver in the commit commit a024ee14cd36 ("media: ov772x: correct setting
of banding filter")

If the subdevice doesn't have the special handling for its power saving mode, the s_power isn't required. So -ENOIOCTLCMD from the v4l2_subdev_call should be ignored. The current code creates a dma_iommu_mapping and attaches this to the ISP device, but never detaches the mapping in either the probe failure paths or the driver remove path resulting in an unbalanced mapping refcount and a memory leak. Fix this properly. [ Upstream commit 0cc4655cb57af0b7e105d075c4f83f8046efafe7 ] This issue was reported by a user who downloaded a corrupt saa7164 firmware, then went looking for a valid xc5000 firmware to fix the error displayed...but the device in question has no xc5000, thus after much effort, the wild goose chase eventually led to a support call. The xc5000 has nothing to do with saa7164 (as far as I can tell), so replace the string with saa7164 as well as give a meaningful hint on the firmware mismatch.
