"cfg->drvid" comes from the user so there is a possibility they
didn't NUL terminate it properly.

These strings come from the user.  We strcpy() them inside
cf_command() so we should check that they are NULL terminated and
return an error if not.

Standardize the style for compiler based printf format verification.
Standardized the location of __printf too.

Done via script and a little typing.
