commit 0145b50566e7de5637e80ecba96c7f0e6fff1aad upstream.

Before this commit sensor_hub_input_attr_get_raw_value() failed to take
the signedness of 16 and 8 bit values into account, returning e.g.
65436 instead of -100 for the z-axis reading of an accelerometer.

This commit adds a new is_signed parameter to the function and makes all
callers pass the appropriate value for this.

While at it, this commit also fixes up some neighboring lines where
statements were needlessly split over 2 lines to improve readability.

commit a3507e48d3f99a93a3056a34a5365f310434570f upstream.

The TSL2563 driver provides three iio channels, two of which are raw ADC
channels (channel 0 and channel 1) in the device and the remaining one
is calculated by the two. The ADC channel 0 only supports programmable
interrupt with threshold settings and this driver supports the event but
the generated event code does not contain the corresponding iio channel
type.

This is going to change userspace ABI. Hopefully fixing this to be
what it should always have been won't break any userspace code.

commit c2aab3d58b96002555a3e70004f593b043830248 upstream.

Currently in_proximity_(null)_raw is getting presented as raw sysfs
attribute. Same with the scan_elements.
The modifier doesn't apply to this channel.

IIO_CHAN_INFO_SAMP_FREQ and IIO_CHAN_INFO_HYSTERESIS cases ignored
the actual return values (which could be -EINVAL) and instead
returned IIO_VAL_INT_PLUS_MICRO always. Return the actual value
obtained from the functions. Both functions return IIO_VAL_INT_PLUS_MICRO
upon success.

so that sensor is powered off only when last user released it.
