Use the newly created wrapper drm_fb_helper functions instead of calling
core fbdev functions directly. They also simplify the fb_info creation.

v2:
- remove unused variable device in udlfb_create

At present, dma_buf_export() takes a series of parameters, which
makes it difficult to add any new parameters for exporters, if required.

Make it simpler by moving all these parameters into a struct, and pass
the struct * as parameter to dma_buf_export().

While at it, unite dma_buf_export_named() with dma_buf_export(), and
change all callers accordingly.

The run-length encoding algorithm should compare 16-bit encoded pixel
values instead of comparing raw pixel values. It allows pixels
with similar but different colors to be encoded as repeat pixels, and
thus potentially save USB bandwidth.

Make drm_fb_helper_initial_config() return an int rather than a bool so
that the error can be properly propagated. While at it, update drivers
to propagate errors further rather than just ignore them.

v2:
- cirrus: No cleanup is required, the top-level cirrus_driver_load()
will do it as part of cirrus_driver_unload() in its cleanup path.
