[ Upstream commit ef4e417eb3ec7fe657928f10ac1d2154d8a5fb38 ]

Though the unconditional enable/disable code is not a final solution,
we don't want to run into a NULL pointer situation when window group
doesn't link to its DC parent if the DC is disabled in Device Tree.

So this patch simply adds a check to make sure that window group has
a valid parent before running into tegra_windowgroup_enable/disable.

When testing whether or not to enable the use of the SMMU, consult the
supported DMA mask rather than the actually configured DMA mask, since
the latter might already have been restricted.

Driver fails to probe with -EPROBE_DEFER if display output isn't ready
yet. This produces a bit noisy error message in KMSG during kernel's boot
up on Tegra20 and Tegra30 because RGB output tends to be probed earlier
than a corresponding voltage regulator driver.

drm_fb_helper_{add,remove}_one_connector() and
drm_fb_helper_single_add_all_connectors() are dummy functions now
and serve no purpose. Hence remove their calls.

This is the preparatory step for removing the
drm_fb_helper_{add,remove}_one_connector() functions from
drm_fb_helper.h

This removal is done using below sementic patch and unused variable
compilation warnings are fixed manually.
