With drmP.h removed from drm_modeset_helper.h the build of
komeda filed as reported by linux-next

Add missing include files to fix build.
For the files touched group include files and sort them.

The fix was tested on a tree with drm-misc-next merged.
And the patch was also tested to work without drm-misc-next merged.

Build tested on arm + x86.

If a non-legacy driver calls these it's valid to assume there is
interrupt support. The flag is really only needed for legacy drivers,
which control IRQ enabling/disabling through the DRM_IOCTL_CONTROL
legacy IOCTL.

Also remove all the flag usage from non-legacy drivers.

v2: Review from Emil:
- improve commit message
- I forgot hibmc, fix that

<title>drm: Split out drm_probe_helper.h</title>

Having the probe helper stuff (which pretty much everyone needs) in
the drm_crtc_helper.h file (which atomic drivers should never need) is
confusing. Split them out.

To make sure I actually achieved the goal here I went through all
drivers. And indeed, all atomic drivers are now free of
drm_crtc_helper.h includes.

v2: Make it compile. There was so much compile fail on arm drivers
that I figured I'll better not include any of the acks on v1.

v3: Massive rebase because i915 has lost a lot of drmP.h includes, but
not all: Through drm_crtc_helper.h &gt; drm_modeset_helper.h -&gt; drmP.h
there was still one, which this patch largely removes. Which means
rolling out lots more includes all over.

This will also conflict with ongoing drmP.h cleanup by others I
expect.

v3: Rebase on top of atomic bochs.

v4: Review from Laurent for bridge/rcar/omap/shmob/core bits:
- (re)move some of the added includes, use the better include files in
other places (all suggested from Laurent adopted unchanged).
- sort alphabetically

v5: Actually try to sort them, and while at it, sort all the ones I
touch.

v6: Rebase onto i915 changes.

v7: Rebase once more.

The initial series is only introducing the basic components and not
implementing IRQ handling. Remove the left over code that touches
IRQs until the proper implementation is introduced in a later series.

Add komeda_kms abstracton to attach komeda_dev to DRM-KMS
  CRTC: according to the komeda_pipeline
PLANE: according to komeda_layer (layer input pipeline)
PRIVATE_OBJS: komeda_pipeline/component all will be treat as private_objs

komeda_kms is for connecting DRM-KMS and komeda_dev, like reporting the
kms object properties according to the komeda_dev, and pass/convert KMS's
requirement to komeda_dev.

Changes in v4:
- Set drm_atomic_helper_check as mode_config-&gt;atomic_check.

Changes in v3:
- Fixed style problem found by checkpatch.pl --strict.

komeda_format_caps is for describing ARM display specific features and
limitations of a specific format, and format_caps will be linked into
&amp;komeda_framebuffer like a extension of &amp;drm_format_info.
And komed_format_caps_table will be initialized before the enum_resources,
since the layer features description depend on this format_caps table, so
we'd better initialize the table first.

Changes in v4:
- Rebase.

Changes in v3:
- Fixed style problem found by checkpatch.pl --strict.
