If komeda_pipeline_unbound_components() returns -EDEADLK,
it means that a deadlock happened in the locking context.
Currently, komeda is not dealing with the deadlock properly,producing the
following output when CONFIG_DEBUG_WW_MUTEX_SLOWPATH is enabled:

deal with the deadlock as suggested by [1], using the
function drm_modeset_backoff().

Therefore, handling this problem can be solved
by adding return -EDEADLK back to the drm_modeset_backoff processing flow
in the drm_mode_atomic_ioctl function.

Include <linux/of.h> in source files that need it. Some of DRM's source code gets OF header via drm_crtc_helper.h and <linux/fb.h>, which can leed to unnecessary recompilation. In drm_modes.c, add a comment on the reason for still including <linux/fb.h>. The header file is required to get KHZ2PICOS(). Move the generic fbdev implementation into its own source and header
file. Adapt drivers. No functional changes, but some of the internal
helpers have been renamed to fit into the drm_fbdev_ naming scheme.

Don't set struct drm_driver.lastclose. It's used to restore the fbdev console. But as komeda uses generic fbdev emulation, the console is being restored by the DRM client helpers already. See the call to drm_client_dev_restore() in drm_lastclose(). The field paddr of struct drm_gem_dma_object holds a DMA address, which
might actually be a physical address. However, depending on the platform,
it can also be a bus address or a virtual address managed by an IOMMU.
Hence, rename the field to dma_addr, which is more applicable.
In order to do this renaming the following coccinelle script was used:

documentation which relate to "GEM CMA", but not "FB CMA".
Also drivers/gpu/drm/Makefile was fixed up manually after renaming
drm_gem_cma_helper.c to drm_gem_dma_helper.c.
This patch is compile-time tested building a x86_64 kernel with
`make allyesconfig && make drivers/gpu/drm`.

Komeda driver relies on the generic DRM atomic helper functions to handle commits. It only implements an atomic_commit_tail hook for the mode_config_helper_funcs and even that one is pretty close to the generic implementation with the exception of additional dma_fence signalling. What the generic helper framework doesn't do is waiting for the actual hardware to signal that the commit parameters have been written into the appropriate registers. As we signal CRTC events only on the irq handlers, we need to flush the configuration and wait for the hardware to respond. Add the Komeda specific implementation for atomic_commit_hw_done() that flushes and waits for flip done before calling drm_atomic_helper_commit_hw_done(). The fix was prompted by a patch from Carsten Haitzler where he was trying to solve the same issue but in a different way that I think can lead to wrong event signaling to userspace.
