[ Upstream commit 9a0570948c5def5c59e588dc0e009ed850a1f5a1 ]

For tracking multiple devices concurrently with a condition.
The patch enables the HCI_QUIRK_USE_MSFT_EXT_ADDRESS_FILTER quirk
on RTL8852B controller.

The quirk setting is based on commit 9e14606d8f38 ("Bluetooth: msft:
Extended monitor tracking by address filter")

With this setting, when a pattern monitor detects a device, this
feature issues an address monitor for tracking that device. Let the
original pattern monitor keep monitor new devices.

disable_irq() after request_irq() still has a time gap in which
interrupts can come. request_irq() with IRQF_NO_AUTOEN flag will
disable IRQ auto-enable when request IRQ.

<title>Bluetooth: btusb: Fix not handling ZPL/short-transfer</title>

[ Upstream commit 7b05933340f4490ef5b09e84d644d12484b05fdf ]

Requesting transfers of the exact same size of wMaxPacketSize may result
in ZPL/short-transfer since the USB stack cannot handle it as we are
limiting the buffer size to be the same as wMaxPacketSize.

Also, in terms of throughput this change has the same effect to
interrupt endpoint as 290ba200815f "Bluetooth: Improve USB driver throughput
by increasing the frame size" had for the bulk endpoint, so users of the
advertisement bearer (e.g. BT Mesh) may benefit from this change.

[ Upstream commit 8ae22de9d2eae3c432de64bf2b3a5a69cf1d1124 ]

On systems in the field, we are seeing this sometimes in the kernel logs:
  Bluetooth: qca_controller_memdump() hci0: hci_devcd_init Return:-95

This means that _something_ decided that it wanted to get a memdump
but then hci_devcd_init() returned -EOPNOTSUPP (AKA -95).

The cleanup code in qca_controller_memdump() when we get back an error
from hci_devcd_init() undoes most things but forgets to clear
QCA_IBS_DISABLED. One side effect of this is that, during the next
suspend, qca_suspend() will always get a timeout.

Let's fix it so that we clear the bit.

[ Upstream commit 35237475384ab3622f63c3c09bdf6af6dacfe9c3 ]

This fixes the random kernel crash seen while removing the driver, when
running the load/unload test over multiple iterations.

1) modprobe btnxpuart
2) hciconfig hci0 reset
3) hciconfig (check hci0 interface up with valid BD address)
4) modprobe -r btnxpuart
Repeat steps 1 to 4

The ps_wakeup() call in btnxpuart_close() schedules the psdata-&gt;work(),
which gets scheduled after module is removed, causing a kernel crash.

This hidden issue got highlighted after enabling Power Save by default
in 4183a7be7700 (Bluetooth: btnxpuart: Enable Power Save feature on
startup)

The new ps_cleanup() deasserts UART break immediately while closing
serdev device, cancels any scheduled ps_work and destroys the ps_lock
mutex.

progress.

This adds a new flag BTNXPUART_FW_DOWNLOAD_ABORT which handles the
situation where driver is removed while firmware download is in
progress.

<title>Bluetooth: btnxpuart: Resolve TX timeout error in power save stress test</title>

<content type='text'>
[ Upstream commit e4db90e4eb8d5487098712ffb1048f3fa6d25e98 ]

This fixes the tx timeout issue seen while running a stress test on
btnxpuart for couple of hours, such that the interval between two HCI
commands coincide with the power save timeout value of 2 seconds.

Test procedure using bash script:
&lt;load btnxpuart.ko&gt;
hciconfig hci0 up
//Enable Power Save feature
hcitool -i hci0 cmd 3f 23 02 00 00
while (true)
do
    hciconfig hci0 leadv
    sleep 2
    hciconfig hci0 noleadv
    sleep 2
done

Error log, after adding few more debug prints:
Bluetooth: btnxpuart_queue_skb(): 01 0A 20 01 00
Bluetooth: hci0: Set UART break: on, status=0
Bluetooth: hci0: btnxpuart_tx_wakeup() tx_work scheduled
Bluetooth: hci0: btnxpuart_tx_work() dequeue: 01 0A 20 01 00
Can't set advertise mode on hci0: Connection timed out (110)
Bluetooth: hci0: command 0x200a tx timeout

When the power save mechanism turns on UART break, and btnxpuart_tx_work()
is scheduled simultaneously, psdata-&gt;ps_state is read as PS_STATE_AWAKE,
which prevents the psdata-&gt;work from being scheduled, which is responsible
to turn OFF UART break.

This issue is fixed by adding a ps_lock mutex around UART break on/off as
well as around ps_state read/write.
btnxpuart_tx_wakeup() will now read updated ps_state value. If ps_state is
PS_STATE_SLEEP, it will first schedule psdata-&gt;work, and then it will
reschedule itself once UART break has been turned off and ps_state is
PS_STATE_AWAKE.

Tested above script for 50,000 iterations and TX timeout error was not
observed anymore.

When unload the btnxpuart driver, its associated timer will be deleted.
If the timer happens to be modified at this moment, it leads to the
kernel call this timer even after the driver unloaded, resulting in
kernel panic.
Use timer_shutdown_sync() instead of del_timer_sync() to prevent rearming.
