- fore200e_kmalloc() -> kzalloc()
- fore200e_kfree() -> kfree()
- fore200e_swap() -> cpu_to_be32()

This patch removes the unconverted ATM_TNETA1570 option that also lacks
any code in the kernel.

Run this:

And then go through and reinstate those cases where code is casting pointers
to non-pointers.

And then drop a few hunks which conflicted with outstanding work.
