arch: remove tile port

The Tile architecture port was added by Chris Metcalf in 2010, and
maintained until early 2018 when he orphaned it due to his departure
from Mellanox, and nobody else stepped up to maintain it. The product
line is still around in the form of the BlueField SoC, but no longer
uses the Tile architecture.

There are also still products for sale with Tile-GX SoCs, notably the
Mikrotik CCR router family. The products all use old (linux-3.3) kernels
with lots of patches and won't be upgraded by their manufacturers. There
have been efforts to port both OpenWRT and Debian to these, but both
projects have stalled and are very unlikely to be continued in the future.

Given that we are reasonably sure that nobody is still using the port
with an upstream kernel any more, it seems better to remove it now while
the port is in a good shape than to let it bitrot for a few years first.

bus: subsys: update return type of ->remove_dev() to void

Its return value is not used by the subsys core and nothing meaningful
can be done with it, even if we want to use it. The subsys device is
anyway getting removed.

Update prototype of ->remove_dev() to make its return type as void. Fix
all usage sites as well.

tile: support reporting Tilera hypervisor statistics

Newer hypervisors have an API for reporting per-cpu statistics
information.  This change allows seeing that information via
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuN/hv_stats file for each core.

arch/tile: allow querying cpu module information from the hypervisor

This just adds a few more attributes to the information Linux
can query from the hypervisor for the /sys/hypervisor/board/ directory,
providing part, serial#, revision#, and description for cpu modules
(as opposed to the board itself, or any mezzanine boards).

This resolves the conflict in the arch/arm/mach-s3c64xx/s3c6400.c file,
and it fixes the build error in the arch/x86/kernel/microcode_core.c
file, that the merge did not catch.

The microcode_core.c patch was provided by Stephen Rothwell
 who was invaluable in the merge issues involved
with the large sysdev removal process in the driver-core tree.

cpu: convert 'cpu' and 'machinecheck' sysdev_class to a regular subsystem

This moves the 'cpu sysdev_class' over to a regular 'cpu' subsystem
and converts the devices to regular devices. The sysdev drivers are
implemented as subsystem interfaces now.

After all sysdev classes are ported to regular driver core entities, the
sysdev implementation will be entirely removed from the kernel.

Userspace relies on events and generic sysfs subsystem infrastructure
from sysdev devices, which are made available with this conversion.

arch/tile: add a few #includes and an EXPORT to catch up with kernel changes.

The empty_zero_page[] export is required for ZERO_PAGE() module references.
The #includes are due to changes in implicit inclusion, and should of
course have been in the sources from the beginning.
