sh: define RUNTIME_DISCARD_EXIT

sh vmlinux fails to link with GNU ld < 2.40 (likely < 2.36) since
commit 99cb0d917ffa ("arch: fix broken BuildID for arm64 and riscv").

This is similar to fixes for powerpc and s390:
commit 4b9880dbf3bd ("powerpc/vmlinux.lds: Define RUNTIME_DISCARD_EXIT").
commit a494398bde27 ("s390: define RUNTIME_DISCARD_EXIT to fix link error
with GNU ld < 2.36").

arch/sh/kernel/vmlinux.lds.S keeps EXIT_TEXT:

However, EXIT_TEXT is thrown away by
DISCARD(include/asm-generic/vmlinux.lds.h) because
sh does not define RUNTIME_DISCARD_EXIT.

GNU ld 2.40 does not have this issue and builds fine.
This corresponds with Masahiro's comments in a494398bde27:
"Nathan [Chancellor] also found that binutils
commit 21401fc7bf67 ("Duplicate output sections in scripts") cured this
issue, so we cannot reproduce it with binutils 2.36+, but it is better
to not rely on it."

exit: Add and use make_task_dead.

There are two big uses of do_exit.  The first is it's design use to be
the guts of the exit(2) system call.  The second use is to terminate
a task after something catastrophic has happened like a NULL pointer
in kernel code.

Add a function make_task_dead that is initialy exactly the same as
do_exit to cover the cases where do_exit is called to handle
catastrophic failure.  In time this can probably be reduced to just a
light wrapper around do_task_dead. For now keep it exactly the same so
that there will be no behavioral differences introducing this new
concept.

Replace all of the uses of do_exit that use it for catastraphic
task cleanup with make_task_dead to make it clear what the code
is doing.

As part of this rename rewind_stack_do_exit
rewind_stack_and_make_dead.

sh: machvec: Use char[] for section boundaries

As done for other sections, define the extern as a character array,
which relaxes many of the compiler-time object size checks, which would
otherwise assume it's a single long. Solves the following build error:

arch/sh/kernel/machvec.c: error: array subscript 'struct sh_machine_vector[0]' is partly outside array bounds of 'long int[1]' [-Werror=array-bounds]:  => 105:33

Fix this by defining both ENDIAN macros in
 so that they can be utilized in
 according to the latter's comment:
/* Allow sfp-machine to have its own byte order definitions. */

(This is what is done in arch/nds32/include/asm/sfp-machine.h.)

sh: check return code of request_irq

request_irq is marked __must_check, but the call in shx3_prepare_cpus
has a void return type, so it can't propagate failure to the caller.
Follow cues from hexagon and just print an error.

signal/sh: Use force_sig(SIGKILL) instead of do_group_exit(SIGKILL)

Today the sh code allocates memory the first time a process uses
the fpu.  If that memory allocation fails, kill the affected task
with force_sig(SIGKILL) rather than do_group_exit(SIGKILL).

Calling do_group_exit from an exception handler can potentially lead
to dead locks as do_group_exit is not designed to be called from
interrupt context.  Instead use force_sig(SIGKILL) to kill the
userspace process.  Sending signals in general and force_sig in
particular has been tested from interrupt context so there should be
no problems.

sh: dma: fix kconfig dependency for G2_DMA

When G2_DMA is enabled and SH_DMA is disabled, it results in the following
Kbuild warning:

WARNING: unmet direct dependencies detected for SH_DMA_API
  Depends on [n]: SH_DMA [=n]
  Selected by [y]:
  - G2_DMA [=y] && SH_DREAMCAST [=y]

The reason is that G2_DMA selects SH_DMA_API without depending on or
selecting SH_DMA while SH_DMA_API depends on SH_DMA.

When G2_DMA was first introduced with commit 40f49e7ed77f
("sh: dma: Make G2 DMA configurable."), this wasn't an issue since
SH_DMA_API didn't have such dependency, and this way was the only way to
enable it since SH_DMA_API was non-visible. However, later SH_DMA_API was
made visible and dependent on SH_DMA with commit d8902adcc1a9
("dmaengine: sh: Add Support SuperH DMA Engine driver").

Let G2_DMA depend on SH_DMA_API instead to avoid Kbuild issues.

sh: landisk: Add missing initialization of sh_io_port_base

The Landisk setup code maps the CF IDE area using ioremap_prot(), and
passes the resulting virtual addresses to the pata_platform driver,
disguising them as I/O port addresses.  Hence the pata_platform driver
translates them again using ioport_map().
As CONFIG_GENERIC_IOMAP=n, and CONFIG_HAS_IOPORT_MAP=y, the
SuperH-specific mapping code in arch/sh/kernel/ioport.c translates
I/O port addresses to virtual addresses by adding sh_io_port_base, which
defaults to -1, thus breaking the assumption of an identity mapping.

Fix this by setting sh_io_port_base to zero.
