There are three architectures with function descriptors, try to
have common names for the address they contain in order to
refactor some functions into generic functions later.

powerpc has 'entry'
ia64 has 'ip'
parisc has 'addr'

Vote for 'addr' and update 'func_descr_t' accordingly.

Move it in asm/elf.h to have it at the same place on all
three architectures, remove the typedef which hides its real
type, and change it to a smoother name 'struct func_desc'.

'struct ppc_inst' is an internal representation of an instruction, but
in-memory instructions are and will remain a table of 'u32' forever.

Replace all 'struct ppc_inst *' used for locating an instruction in
memory by 'u32 *'. This removes a lot of undue casts to 'struct
ppc_inst *'.

It also helps locating ab-use of 'struct ppc_inst' dereference.

In ppc_function_entry() we look for a specific set of instructions by
masking the instructions and comparing with a known value. Currently
those known values are just literal hex values, and we recently
discovered one of them was wrong.

Instead construct the values using the existing constants we have for
defining various fields of instructions.
