powerpc: Fix COFF zImage booting on old powermacs

Commit 6975a783d7b4 ("powerpc/boot: Allow building the zImage wrapper
as a relocatable ET_DYN", 2011-04-12) changed the procedure descriptor
at the start of crt0.S to have a hard-coded start address of 0x500000
rather than a reference to _zimage_start, presumably because having
a reference to a symbol introduced a relocation which is awkward to
handle in a position-independent executable.  Unfortunately, what is
at 0x500000 in the COFF image is not the first instruction, but the
procedure descriptor itself, that is, a word containing 0x500000,
which is not a valid instruction.  Hence, booting a COFF zImage
results in a "DEFAULT CATCH!, code=FFF00700" message from Open
Firmware.

This fixes the problem by (a) putting the procedure descriptor in the
data section and (b) adding a branch to _zimage_start as the first
instruction in the program.

powerpc/44x: Fix mask and shift to zero bug

My static checker complains that 0x00001800 >> 13 is zero. Looking at
the context, it seems like a copy and paste bug from the line below
and probably 0x3 << 13 or 0x00006000 was intended.

powerpc/boot: Fix 64-bit boot wrapper build with non-biarch compiler

Historically the boot wrapper was always built 32-bit big endian, even
for 64-bit kernels. That was because old firmwares didn't necessarily
support booting a 64-bit image. Because of that arch/powerpc/boot/Makefile
uses CROSS32CC for compilation.

However when we added 64-bit little endian support, we also added
support for building the boot wrapper 64-bit. However we kept using
CROSS32CC, because in most cases it is just CC and everything works.

However if the user doesn't specify CROSS32_COMPILE (which no one ever
does AFAIK), and CC is *not* biarch (32/64-bit capable), then CROSS32CC
becomes just "gcc". On native systems that is probably OK, but if we're
cross building it definitely isn't, leading to eg:

  gcc ... -m64 -mlittle-endian -mabi=elfv2 ... arch/powerpc/boot/cpm-serial.c
  gcc: error: unrecognized argument in option ‘-mabi=elfv2’
  gcc: error: unrecognized command line option ‘-mlittle-endian’
  make: *** [zImage] Error 2

To fix it, stop using CROSS32CC, because we may or may not be building
32-bit. Instead setup a BOOTCC, which defaults to CC, and only use
CROSS32_COMPILE if it's set and we're building for 32-bit.

powerpc/boot: Fix zImage TOC alignment

Recent toolchains force the TOC to be 256 byte aligned. We need to
enforce this alignment in the zImage linker script, otherwise pointers
to our TOC variables (__toc_start) could be incorrect. If the actual
start of the TOC and __toc_start don't have the same value we crash
early in the zImage wrapper.

powerpc/boot: Request no dynamic linker for boot wrapper

The boot wrapper performs its own relocations and does not require
PT_INTERP segment. However currently we don't tell the linker that.

Prior to binutils 2.28 that works OK. But since binutils commit
1a9ccd70f9a7 ("Fix the linker so that it will not silently generate ELF
binaries with invalid program headers. Fix readelf to report such
invalid binaries.") binutils tries to create a program header segment
due to PT_INTERP, and the link fails because there is no space for it:

  ld: arch/powerpc/boot/zImage.pseries: Not enough room for program headers, try linking with -N
  ld: final link failed: Bad value

So tell the linker not to do that, by passing --no-dynamic-linker.

powerpc/ps3: Fix system hang with GCC 5 builds

GCC 5 generates different code for this bootwrapper null check that
causes the PS3 to hang very early in its bootup. This check is of
limited value, so just get rid of it.

powerpc/boot: Specify ABI v2 when building an LE boot wrapper

Commit 746c9e9f92dd "of/base: Fix PowerPC address parsing hack" limited
the applicability of the workaround whereby a missing ranges is treated
as an empty ranges.  This workaround was hiding a bug in the etsec2
device tree nodes, which have children with reg, but did not have
ranges.

The rule to create the final images uses a zImage.% pattern.
Unfortunately, this also matches the names of the zImage.*.lds linker
scripts, which appear as a dependency of the final images. This somehow
worked when $(srctree) used to be an absolute path, but now the pattern
matches too much. List only the images from $(image-y) as the target of
the rule, to avoid the circular dependency.
