All the clocksource drivers's init function are now converted to return
an error code. CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE is no longer used as well as the
clksrc-of table.

Let's convert back the names:
 - CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE_RET =&gt; CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE
 - clksrc-of-ret =&gt; clksrc-of

<title>clocksource/drivers/nios2: Convert init function to return error</title>

The init functions do not return any error. They behave as the following:

  - panic, thus leading to a kernel crash while another timer may work and
make the system boot up correctly

  or

  - print an error and let the caller unaware if the state of the system

Change that by converting the init functions to return an error conforming
to the CLOCKSOURCE_OF_RET prototype.

Proper error handling (rollback, errno value) will be changed later case
by case, thus this change just return back an error or success in the init
function.

<title>arch, ftrace: for KASAN put hard/soft IRQ entries into separate sections</title>

KASAN needs to know whether the allocation happens in an IRQ handler.
This lets us strip everything below the IRQ entry point to reduce the
number of unique stack traces needed to be stored.

Move the definition of __irq_entry to &lt;linux/interrupt.h&gt; so that the
users don't need to pull in &lt;linux/ftrace.h&gt;. Also introduce the
__softirq_entry macro which is similar to __irq_entry, but puts the
corresponding functions to the .softirqentry.text section.

Fix the following compiler splat by adding __maybe_unused annotation to
the variable. Using this particular annotation has the least ugly impact
on the code compared to using ifdeffery.

arch/nios2/kernel/setup.c: In function 'nios2_boot_init':
arch/nios2/kernel/setup.c:107:7: warning: unused variable 'cmdline_passed' [-Wunused-variable]

Migrate nios2 driver to the new 'set-state' interface provided by clockevents core, the earlier 'set-mode' interface is marked obsolete now.

This also enables us to implement callbacks for new states of clockevent devices, for example: ONESHOT_STOPPED.
