<title>mm/debug_pagealloc: fix build failure on ppc and some other archs</title>

Kim Phillips reported following build failure.

  LD init/built-in.o
  mm/built-in.o: In function `free_pages_prepare':
  mm/page_alloc.c:770: undefined reference to `.kernel_map_pages'
  mm/built-in.o: In function `prep_new_page':
  mm/page_alloc.c:933: undefined reference to `.kernel_map_pages'
  mm/built-in.o: In function `map_pages':
  mm/compaction.c:61: undefined reference to `.kernel_map_pages'
  make: *** [vmlinux] Error 1

Reason for this problem is that commit 031bc5743f15
("mm/debug-pagealloc: make debug-pagealloc boottime configurable")
forgot to remove the old declaration of kernel_map_pages() for some
architectures. This patch removes them to fix build failure.

Differentiate local cache flushing from global cache flushing so that they can
be done differently on SMP systems.

Rename the cache functions from:

	mn10300_[id]cache_*()

to:

	mn10300_[id]_localcache_*()

and on a UP system, assign the global labels to the local labels.

<title>block: add helpers to run flush_dcache_page() against a bio and a request's pages</title>

Mtdblock driver doesn't call flush_dcache_page for pages in request. So,
this causes problems on architectures where the icache doesn't fill from
the dcache or with dcache aliases. The patch fixes this.

The ARCH_IMPLEMENTS_FLUSH_DCACHE_PAGE symbol was introduced to avoid
pointless empty cache-thrashing loops on architectures for which
flush_dcache_page() is a no-op. Every architecture was provided with this
flush pages on architectires where ARCH_IMPLEMENTS_FLUSH_DCACHE_PAGE is
equal 1 or do nothing otherwise.

See "fix mtd_blkdevs problem with caches on some architectures" discussion
on LKML for more information.
