GCC 15 changed the default C standard dialect from gnu17 to gnu23,

Unfortunately, 6.1 and earlier do not contain commit e4412739472b ("Documentation: raise minimum supported version of binutils to 2.25"), so it cannot be assumed that all supported versions of GNU as have support for -msoft-float. The pm-cps code has up until now used per-CPU variables indexed by core,

Manager can be either absent or wrong. This patch allows checking if
some of this information is available from the device tree and updates
the internal variable accordingly.

For now, only the compatible string associated with the broken HCI is
being retrieved.
