MIPS: fix duplicated slashes for Platform file path

platform-y accumulates platform names with a slash appended.
The current $(patsubst ...) ends up with doubling slashes.

GNU Make still include Platform files, but in case of an error,
a clumsy file path is displayed:

  arch/mips/loongson2ef//Platform:36: *** only binutils >= 2.20.2 have needed option -mfix-loongson2f-nop.  Stop.

mips: Fix non-POSIX regexp

When cross compiling a MIPS kernel on a BSD based HOSTCC leads
to errors like

  SYNC    include/config/auto.conf.cmd - due to: .config
egrep: empty (sub)expression
  UPD     include/config/kernel.release
  HOSTCC  scripts/dtc/dtc.o - due to target missing

It turns out that egrep uses this egrep pattern:

		(|MINOR_|PATCHLEVEL_)

This is not valid syntax or gives undefined results according
to POSIX 9.5.3 ERE Grammar

It seems to be silently accepted by the Linux egrep implementation
while a BSD host complains.

Such patterns can be replaced by a transformation like

	"(|p1|p2)" -> "(p1|p2)?"

kbuild: require all architectures to have arch/$(SRCARCH)/Kbuild

arch/$(SRCARCH)/Kbuild is useful for Makefile cleanups because you can
use the obj-y syntax.

Add an empty file if it is missing in arch/$(SRCARCH)/.

arch: use cross_compiling to check whether it is a cross build or not

'cross_compiling' is defined by the top Makefile and available for
arch Makefiles to check whether it is a cross build or not. A good
thing is the variable name 'cross_compiling' is self-documenting.

This is a simple replacement for m68k, mips, sh, for which $(ARCH)
and $(SRCARCH) always match.

No functional change is intended for xtensa, either.

This is rather a fix for parisc because arch/parisc/Makefile defines
UTS_MATCHINE depending on CONFIG_64BIT, therefore cc-cross-prefix
is not working in Kconfig time.

arch: mips: Remove CONFIG_OPROFILE support

The "oprofile" user-space tools don't use the kernel OPROFILE support
any more, and haven't in a long time. User-space has been converted to
the perf interfaces.

Remove the old oprofile's architecture specific support.

MIPS: Support binutils configured with --enable-mips-fix-loongson3-llsc=yes

From version 2.35, binutils can be configured with
--enable-mips-fix-loongson3-llsc=yes, which means it defaults to
-mfix-loongson3-llsc. This breaks labels which might then point at the
wrong instruction.

The workaround to explicitly pass -mno-fix-loongson3-llsc has been
added in Linux version 5.1, but is only enabled when building a Loongson
64 kernel. As vendors might use a common toolchain for building Loongson
and non-Loongson kernels, just move that workaround to
arch/mips/Makefile. At the same time update the comments to reflect the
current status.

mips: boot: add support for self-extracting FIT images (vmlinuz.itb)

Commit c3e2ee657418 ("MIPS: generic: Add support for zboot") added
support for self-extracting images to Generic MIPS. However, the
intended way to boot Generic MIPS kernels is using FIT Images and
UHI boot protocol, but currently there's no way to make self-extracting
FIT Image (only legacy uzImages).
Add a target for this named "vmlinuz.itb", which will consist of
vmlinuz.bin and selected DT blobs. It will allow to have the advantages
of both UHI and self-extracting images.

mips: boot: clean up self-extracting targets scenarios

1. All final targets like vmlinuz.{bin,ecoff,srec} etc. should reside in
   $(objtree)/arch/mips/boot, not in the root $(objtree) directory.
   The only file that should be left there is vmlinuz, similar to other
   architectures.
2. Add all the targets to $(targets) variable, so they'll be properly
   accounted by Kbuild. This also allows to remove redundant
   $(clean-files) (which were missing uzImage BTW).
3. Prefix all targets with $(obj)/$(objtree), depending on their
   locations.

Misc: fix the identation of the 'STRIP' quiet message.
