Pull module and param fixes from Rusty Russell:
 "Surprising number of fixes this merge window :(

  The first two are minor fallout from the param rework which went in
  this merge window.

  The next three are a series which fixes a longstanding (but never
  previously reported and unlikely , so no CC stable) race between
  kallsyms and freeing the init section.

  Finally, a minor cleanup as our module refcount will now be -1 during
  unload"

Archs have been abusing module_free() to clean up their arch-specific
allocations.  Since module_free() is also (ab)used by BPF and trace code,
let's keep it to simple allocations, and provide a hook called before
that.

This means that avr32, ia64, parisc and s390 no longer need to implement
their own module_free() at all.  avr32 doesn't need module_finalize()
either.

acpi_map_lsapic() will allocate a logical CPU number and map it to
physical CPU id (such as APIC id) for the hot-added CPU, it will also
do some mapping for NUMA node id and etc, acpi_unmap_lsapic() will
do the reverse.

We can see that the name of the function is a little bit confusing and
arch (IA64) dependent so rename them as acpi_(un)map_cpu() to make arch
agnostic and explicit.

As it is, default -&gt;i_fop has NULL -&gt;open() (along with all other methods).
The only case where it matters is reopening (via procfs symlink) a file that
didn't get its -&gt;f_op from -&gt;i_fop - anything else will have -&gt;i_fop assigned
to something sane (default would fail on read/write/ioctl/etc.).

	Unfortunately, such case exists - alloc_file() users, especially
anon_get_file() ones.  There we have tons of opened files of very different
kinds sharing the same inode.  As the result, attempt to reopen those via
procfs succeeds and you get a descriptor you can't do anything with.

	Moreover, in case of sockets we set -&gt;i_fop that will only be used
on such reopen attempts - and put a failing -&gt;open() into it to make sure
those do not succeed.

	It would be simpler to put such -&gt;open() into default -&gt;i_fop and leave
it unchanged both for anon inode (as we do anyway) and for socket ones.  Result:
	* everything going through do_dentry_open() works as it used to
	* sock_no_open() kludge is gone
	* attempts to reopen anon-inode files fail as they really ought to
	* ditto for aio_private_file()
	* ditto for perfmon - this one actually tried to imitate sock_no_open()
trick, but failed to set -&gt;i_fop, so in the current tree reopens succeed and
yield completely useless descriptor.  Intent clearly had been to fail with
-ENXIO on such reopens; now it actually does.
	* everything else that used alloc_file() keeps working - it has -&gt;i_fop
set for its inodes anyway

This patch replaces calls to get_unused_fd() with equivalent call to
get_unused_fd_flags(0) to preserve current behavor for existing code.

In a further patch, get_unused_fd() will be removed so that new code start
using get_unused_fd_flags(), with the hope O_CLOEXEC could be used, either
by default or choosen by userspace.

Pull irq domain updates from Thomas Gleixner:
 "The real interesting irq updates:

   - Support for hierarchical irq domains:

     For complex interrupt routing scenarios where more than one
     interrupt related chip is involved we had no proper representation
     in the generic interrupt infrastructure so far.  That made people
     implement rather ugly constructs in their nested irq chip
     implementations.  The main offenders are x86 and arm/gic.

     To distangle that mess we have now hierarchical irqdomains which
     seperate the various interrupt chips and connect them via the
     hierarchical domains.  That keeps the domain specific details
     internal to the particular hierarchy level and removes the
     criss/cross referencing of chip internals.  The resulting hierarchy
     for a complex x86 system will look like this:

        vector          mapped: 74
          msi-0         mapped: 2
          dmar-ir-1     mapped: 69
            ioapic-1    mapped: 4
            ioapic-0    mapped: 20
            pci-msi-2   mapped: 45
          dmar-ir-0     mapped: 3
            ioapic-2    mapped: 1
            pci-msi-1   mapped: 2
          htirq         mapped: 0

     Neither ioapic nor pci-msi know about the dmar interrupt remapping
     between themself and the vector domain.  If interrupt remapping is
     disabled ioapic and pci-msi become direct childs of the vector
     domain.

     In hindsight we should have done that years ago, but in hindsight
     we always know better :)

   - Support for generic MSI interrupt domain handling

     We have more and more non PCI related MSI interrupts, so providing
     a generic infrastructure for this is better than having all
     affected architectures implementing their own private hacks.

   - Support for PCI-MSI interrupt domain handling, based on the generic
     MSI support.

     This part carries the pci/msi branch from Bjorn Helgaas pci tree to
     avoid a massive conflict.  The PCI/MSI parts are acked by Bjorn.

  I have two more branches on top of this.  The full conversion of x86
  to hierarchical domains and a partial conversion of arm/gic"

     criss/cross referencing of chip internals.  The resulting hierarchy
     for a complex x86 system will look like this:

     Neither ioapic nor pci-msi know about the dmar interrupt remapping
     between themself and the vector domain.  If interrupt remapping is
     disabled ioapic and pci-msi become direct childs of the vector
     domain.

     In hindsight we should have done that years ago, but in hindsight
     we always know better :)

   - Support for generic MSI interrupt domain handling

     We have more and more non PCI related MSI interrupts, so providing
     a generic infrastructure for this is better than having all
     affected architectures implementing their own private hacks.

   - Support for PCI-MSI interrupt domain handling, based on the generic
     MSI support.

     This part carries the pci/msi branch from Bjorn Helgaas pci tree to
     avoid a massive conflict.  The PCI/MSI parts are acked by Bjorn.

  I have two more branches on top of this.  The full conversion of x86
  to hierarchical domains and a partial conversion of arm/gic"

<title>PCI/MSI: Rename mask/unmask_msi_irq treewide</title>

The PCI/MSI irq chip callbacks mask/unmask_msi_irq have been renamed
to pci_msi_mask/unmask_irq to mark them PCI specific. Rename all usage
sites. The conversion helper functions are kept around to avoid
conflicts in next and will be removed after merging into mainline.

Coccinelle assisted conversion. No functional change.
