The __atomic_hash is only defined when SMP is enabled but the
arm64ksyms.c exports it even for the UP case.

Pull ARM virtualization changes:
 "This contains parts of the ARM KVM support that have dependencies on

pm_idle() on arm64 was a synonym for default_idle(),
so remove it and invoke default_idle() directly.
