This reverts commit 2eb85ef18c6570e8a59643cd8d5a66122461b1fc which is
commit 8b649e426336d7d4800ff9c82858328f4215ba01 upstream.

Turns out not to be a good idea in the stable kernels for now as Patrick
writes:
As discussed for 4.4 stable queue this patch might break
existing machines, if they use a different pinmux configuration
	with their own bootloader.

[ Upstream commit 8b649e426336d7d4800ff9c82858328f4215ba01 ]

The pinmux configuration in device tree was different from manual
muxing in <u-boot>/board/freescale/mx53loco/mx53loco.c
All pins were configured as NO_PAD_CTL(1 << 31), which was fine as the
bootloader already did the correct pinmuxing for us.
But recently u-boot is migrating to reuse device tree files from the
kernel tree, so it seems to be better to have the correct pinmuxing in
our files, too.

Trying to initialize eMMC slot as SDIO or SD cause failure in n900 port of
qemu. eMMC itself is not detected and is not working.

Real Nokia N900 harware does not have this problem. As eMMC is really not
SDIO or SD based such change is harmless and will fix support for qemu.

commit 0c2bf9f95983fe30aa2f6463cb761cd42c2d521a upstream.

GIC_PPI flags were misconfigured for the timers, resulting in errors
like:
[ 0.000000] GIC: PPI11 is secure or misconfigured

Changing them to being edge triggered corrects the issue

Commit 148c274ea644 ("ARM: kirkwood: ib62x0: add u-boot environment
partition") split the "u-boot" partition into "u-boot" and "u-boot
environment". However, instead of the size of the environment, an offset
was given, resulting in overlapping partitions.

[ Upstream commit fc51b632c7b047c25807023b76f3877aed19c770 ]

It seems that recent kernels have a shorter timeout when scanning for
ethernet phys causing us to hit a timeout on boards where the phy's
regulator gets enabled just before scanning, which leads to non working
ethernet.

A 10ms startup delay seems to be enough to fix it, this commit adds a
20ms startup delay just to be safe.

This has been tested on a sun4i-a10-a1000 and sun5i-a10s-wobo-i5 board,
both of which have non-working ethernet on recent kernels without this
fix.
