The if condition for the SM8[45]50 GPU SMMU is too large,
add the other compatible strings to the condition to only
allow the clocks for the GPU SMMU nodes.

The documented vendor prefix for LG Electronics is 'lg' not 'lge'. Just

The internal delay properties are not mandatory and should have a
documented default value. The device only supports either no delay or a
fixed delay and the device reset default is no delay, document the
default as no delay.

The 'phandle-array' type is a bit ambiguous. It can be either just an
array of phandles or an array of phandles plus args. "samsung,sysreg" is
the latter and needs to be constrained to a single entry with a phandle and
offset.
