The DT bindings example for the Tegra XUSB controller omits the 'lanes' subnode in the XUSB pad controller which is required according to the DT bindings documentation for the Tegra XUSB pad controller[0]. In addition to this the phy-names with the suffix 'utmi' are also not valid and should have the suffix 'usb2'. Correct both the XUSB pad controller pad path and phy-names for the XUSB example. At least the EHCI/OHCI found on the Allwinnner H3 SoC needs multiple reset lines, the controller will not initialize while the reset for its companion is still asserted, which means we need to de-assert 2 resets for the controller to work. In order to the save power consumption, as a workaround, suspend forcibly the USB PORTA/B/C via set the SUSPEND_A/B/C bits of OHCI Interrupt Configuration Register in the SFRs while OHCI USB suspend. This suspend operation must be done before the USB clock is disabled, resume after the USB clock is enabled. For the most part, this is now related to power management controllers, which have not yet been abstracted into a separate subsystem, and typically require some code in drivers/soc or arch/arm to control the power domains. Another large chunk here is a rework of the NVIDIA Tegra USB3.0 support, which was surprisingly tricky and took a long time to get done.
