Pull devicetree updates from Rob Herring:

 - Refactor powerpc and arm64 kexec DT handling to common code. This
   enables IMA on arm64.

 - Add kbuild support for applying DT overlays at build time. The first
   user are the DT unittests.

 - Fix kerneldoc formatting and W=1 warnings in drivers/of/

 - Fix handling 64-bit flag on PCI resources

 - Bump dtschema version required to v2021.2.1

 - Enable undocumented compatible checks for dtbs_check. This allows
   tracking of missing binding schemas.

 - DT docs improvements. Regroup the DT docs and add the example schema
and DT kernel ABI docs to the doc build.

 - Convert Broadcom Bluetooth and video-mux bindings to schema

 - Add QCom sm8250 Venus video codec binding schema

 - Add vendor prefixes for AESOP, YIC System Co., Ltd, and Siliconfile
   Technologies Inc.

 - Cleanup of DT schema type references on common properties and
   standard unit properties

Power domain fits much better than a voltage regulator in regards to
a proper hardware description and from a software perspective as well.
Hence replace the core regulator with the power domain. Note that this
doesn't affect any existing DTBs because we haven't started to use the
regulator yet, and thus, it's okay to change it.

Users of common properties shouldn't have a type definition as the
common schemas already have one. Drop all the unnecessary type
references in the tree.

A meta-schema update to catch these is pending.

 - Drop pointless wrappers from DT struct device API

 - Convert USB binding schemas to use graph schema and remove old plain
   text graph binding doc

 - Convert spi-nor and v3d GPU bindings to DT schema

 - Tree wide schema fixes for if/then schemas, array size constraints,

DT properties which can have multiple entries need to specify what the
entries are and define how many entries there can be. In the case of
only a single entry, just 'maxItems: 1' is sufficient.

Add the missing entry constraints. These were found with a modified
meta-schema. Unfortunately, there are a few cases where the size
constraints are not defined such as common bindings, so the meta-schema
can't be part of the normal checks.

Memory controller drivers for v5.11 - Tegra SoC, part two

Continuation of work on Tegra SoC memory controllers towards adding
interconnect support and integration with devfreq.

This brings few more patches including one which removes/fixes annoying
warning if the DTS patches get applied. This is expected and only
informs that new features of Tegra memory controller drivers will not be
enabled however the warning itself could look worrying.

* tag 'memory-controller-drv-tegra-5.11-3' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/krzk/linux-mem-ctrl:
  memory: tegra30: Support interconnect framework
memory: tegra20: Support hardware versioning and clean up OPP table initialization
  dt-bindings: memory: tegra20-emc: Document opp-supported-hw property
